YGW Serie biomass fired organic heat carrier boiler
Its main parts are boiler proper and chain grate, fast installation leave factory, transportation easyly, short installation time,
Boiler proper: was made up by chassis, steel frame, square plate tube, roof tube, space bend tube, snake type tube bundle and other types of header. The inner includes boiler setting and front-back arch, both masonry by refractory brick and refractory concrete. The outer is steel board framework and stressed-skin diaphragm, the middle is thermal insulating materials.
Burning system: The burning equiment adopt light chain grate and square plate tube to form a burning room, for incresing the capacity of furnace. The biomass pellets were burned on the chain grate which generate flame and high temperature smoke, from furnace through secondary furnace enter into convection bank, and flow into flue, air heater, dust collector and forced draft fan from flue exit, finally, rush chimney.
Heat oil circulating system: Using the circulating oil pump constrain liquid phase circulation, the circulation ways is boiler generate heat energy and transported to using heat equipment, and continue return to reheat. The system was made up by expansion drum, oil storage tank, circulating oil pump, oil gas separator and valve gauge etc.
Features:
1. The actuating medium is liquid phase circulating, operating pressure is lower, the operating pressure is only 0.588Mpa at the temperature 320℃, so the pressure grade is lower for whole system.
2. High operating temperature, at the under 320℃which can be as high temperature heat source.
3. Supplying heating temperature stably, adjustment exactly, can operating stably and keeping the best heating efficiency in the adjustment load range.
4. Has the complete operating control and safty checking equipment.
5. Few equipment, save cost, no need like as steam boiler supplying heating system which need soft boiler water etc water-treating equipment, blowdown equipment, water storage equipment, high pressure enter water pump.
